I showed up with 120 lbs. of onions and three knives. 3.5 hours later 70 lbs. of onions left to go.

Not knowing before hand what was getting ready to happen, 19 participants shared a meal in the dark with limited senses. Each person wearing nose clips, ear plugs and ear muffs for 30 minutes was asked to enjoy their meal.
